## Job Purpose ##
Support the design, evolution and operational stability of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and its connected Talent Acquisition ecosystem, ensuring that recruitment processes, system functionalities, integrations, and data flows effectively support Talent Acquisition needs.
## Key Accountabilities ##
- Analyze Talent Acquisition requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- Support the configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement of job requisitions, candidate profiles, application templates, recruiting workflows, interview scheduling, platform permissions, and offer processes.
- Act as functional IT reference point for the Recruiting ecosystem.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and implementation partners to deliver enhancements, fixes, releases, and system changes.
- Support the functional analysis of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and connected platforms including career sites, assessment tools, identity systems, reporting tools, and downstream HR systems.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, support user acceptance testing, track defects, and validate releases before deployment.
- Monitor data quality and business processes, proposing corrective actions and sustainable improvements in line with business priorities and system capabilities.
- Document recruiting processes, system configuration, functional decisions, integration flows, and support procedures.
## Qualifications ##
- 2+ years of experience in HR IT Business Analysis, preferably within SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- 1+ year of experience in IT roles supporting Talent Acquisition, ideally in complex, international or high-volume recruitment environments; experience in tourism, hospitality, maritime, retail or other workforce-intensive industries is an advantage.
- Fluent English is required; knowledge of Italian or other languages is considered an advantage.
- Experience with ticketing tools like Jira, reporting tools, testing tools and processing documentation like Confluence platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to understand recruitment processes, identify gaps and translate business needs into structured requirements.
- Structured and solution-oriented mindset, with attention to detail, ownership and the ability to manage priorities in a changing environment.

In compliance with the applicable pay transparency legislation, the following information is provided regarding the initial compensation foreseen for the position.
**Contract **
- Type of contract: Permanent
- Hybrid working model: 2 days per week remotely

- Gross annual salary (RAL): between -35.000 - -42.000 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly installments
- Meal vouchers: worth -8 per on-site working day
