**Aufgaben**
* Weiterentwicklung einer Plattform zur Geldwäschereiüberwachung im Bankenumfeld
* Die Compliance\-Abteilung der Bank als Auftraggeber erteilt stets neue
Aufträge in Form von neuen Vorhaben oder Umsetzung von sogenannten
Quick\-Wins zur umgehenden Umsetzung und Produktivsetzung. Diese gilt es
im Gesamtkontext einzuordnen, zu analysieren und bis zur Umsetzung zu
managen.
* Aufnahme, Strukturierung, Dokumentation und Priorisierung der vom Compliance Bereich eingehenden Anforderungen bis zur Abnahme der Anforderung in Form von Use Cases, User Stories und Fachkonzepten
* Abstimmung der Anforderungen mit dem Vendor und allen internen Stakeholdern
* Nachverfolgbarkeit (Traceability) von regulatorischen Vorgaben bis zur technischen Umsetzung
* Erstellung von Testfällen aus fachlichen Anforderungen
**Anforderungen**
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst oder Business Engineer im Bankenumfeld
* Starke Kenntnisse im Bereich Kunden\-Compliance, Geldwäscherei, Handelsüberwachung und Mitarbeitercompliance
* Fundiertes methodisches Skillset für Business Analyse im SAFe\-Umfeld sowie sicherer Umgang mit Jira und Confluence
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
**Persönlichkeit**
* Sehr gute Kommunikations\- und Stakeholder Management Fähigkeiten
* Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit überzeugendem Auftreten
