Management and Program Analyst

As a Management and Program Analyst at the GS-0343-13 level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Coordinating and synthesizing program financial and management data. Participating in team development and customer service improvement initiatives.

Recommending policy and procedural changes to enhance the effectiveness of programs and operations. Facilitating the implementation and dissemination of procedural and policy changes through effective written and oral communications.

GS-13 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-12 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-13 grade level.

(Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).

You may qualify at the GS-0343-13 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: Specialized Experience: Must have at least one year (52 weeks) of Specialized Experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the federal service performing the following duties: 1. Assisting management on financial planning and budget formulation; 2.

Analyzing operational reports to evaluate program effectiveness; 3. Reviewing existing policies/procedures and recommending changes; AND 4. Compiling narrative reports, briefing materials, and/or formal publications for an organization.
