SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

You will provide advice and technical assistance to the FLCJ Business Director, Executive Director and Commanding Officer.

You will serve as primary point of contact regarding Business Plan, budget allocation and execution, all funding issues, travel budgeting, evaluating operating budget for all operational sites.

You will develop and execute single and multi-year programs and budgeting plans to support the procurement and production of highly complex systems and supporting equipment.

You will be responsible for ensuring command property is in compliance with applicable guidance.

You will manage travel program, including budget management and liaison with higher echelon travel team.

You will partner with NAVSUP HQ and FLC Sites and regional directors to ensure budget and finance program is sound, within compliance and with FLC and NAVSUP strategic objectives.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of the business planning and execution office; 2) Analyzing Financial Development and Execution, the Civilian Pay program, the Defense Travel Program, the Purchase Card Program and Financial Accounts Management for FLCJ; 3) Preparing budget justification data submitted in support of budget estimates, by gathering information from command management and coordinating submission with NAVSUP HQ; 4) Assigning and monitoring workload to ensure all work is distributed based on priorities and requirements.
