What you’ll bring to the table
Strong knowledge of best practices for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation, development & maintenance
Ability to develop new functionality with declarative Salesforce features (especially Flows)
Genuine interest in AI, with hands-on use of AI tools day-to-day (e.g. Claude, Cursor) and curiosity about Salesforce's native AI capabilities
2+ years of work experience in Salesforce implementation and continuous development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills (the working language is English)
Proactive and results-driven attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously
Relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree (e.g. Business, Engineering, Economics or similar)
Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification
What we consider as an advantage
Experience working with large Salesforce organizations
Experience of implementing advanced Sales Cloud features like Sales Territories, Forecasting or Sales Planning

Experience in one or multiple coding languages, MS Excel, SQL and/or BI Tools
Project and change management experience
Responsibilities with company-wide implications from day one
