Supports DAI/OTL Customer Service requests as the DISA DAI OTL Super User. Support in investigations of time card management and various tasks assigned. Coordinates resolutions of complex DAI OTL employee issues with DISA Comptrollers.
Provides customer service in person or by telephone and completes correspondence (e.g., answers written inquiries, prepares emails and letters to obtain missing information, etc.) related to civilian pay.
Resolves software interface issues.
Generates and provides various reports and documents in support of audit requests of leave, pay, and labor hour data. Prepares a variety of recurring and one-time reports.
Provides accurate and timely ad hoc and recurring data extracts to support diverse management requests using Oracle, CMIS, MS Excel, and MS Access database query tools.
Develops and implements programs and techniques to improve data quality and business practices. Providing other initiatives regarding the capture or retrieval of data.
Time In Grade: For entry at the GS-11 level status applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-09 or higher grade in the Federal Service.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-11, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable in difficulty and responsibility to GS-09 if outside the Federal service.
Specialized experience is defined as: Assisting with processing official payroll authorization documents; and preparing recurring and one-time specialized reports for management decision-making pertaining to civilian payroll, leave administration, and/or labor hour data.
You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.
