Für unsere Auftraggeberin, ein etabliertes und unabhängiges Unternehmen im Versicherungsumfeld mit Sitz in Zürich, suchen wir im exklusiven Mandatsauftrag eine erfahrene und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit (w/m/d). In dieser neu geschaffenen Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für Abschlüsse, Financial Reporting und regulatorische Themen und arbeiten als Sparringspartner des CFO direkt an der Weiterentwicklung des Finanzbereichs mit.

Ihre Aufgaben
Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Nebenbücher
Erstellung von Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen
Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen Rechnungslegung nach OR und Swiss GAAP FER
Erstellung regulatorischer Reportings
Analyse und Optimierung von Abschluss\- und Finanzprozessen
Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungs\- und Automatisierungsprojekten
Unterstützung des CFO bei Reporting, Budgetierung und Forecasts
Aktive Mitgestaltung eines modernen Finanzbereichs
Das bringen Sie mit
Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen oder Abschluss als dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/in
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder im Financial Reporting
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in OR und Swiss GAAP FER
Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld (Versicherung, Gesundheitswesen oder Finanzdienstleistungen) von Vorteil
Freude daran, Verantwortung auf Unternehmensseite zu übernehmen
Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Gute ERP\- und Excel\-Kenntnisse
