Your Mission: As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll lead the end-to-end design process — from ideation and research to prototyping and implementation — with a clear mobile-first approach.
You’ll drive Design Sprints, lead conceptualization sessions, and conduct user research and in-person interviews to transform insights into exceptional product experiences. Tasks Key Responsibilities Product Design & Experience
Lead the UX/UI design for CUJU ’s mobile-first product (iOS & Android).
Facilitate Design Sprints, ideation, and conceptualization workshops.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in Figma.
Ensure visual consistency and scalability through a robust design system.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality design implementation.
Research & Validation
Plan and execute user research, including in-person interviews and usability testing.
Translate insights into actionable design improvements.
Develop personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks based on real data.
Iterate quickly through prototypes and user validation cycles.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure experience excellence.
Advocate for user-centered thinking and elevate design quality across the product.
Contribute to the evolution of CUJU ’s design system and cross-platform consistency.
This role requires a self-driven designer who can work independently, take the initiative, and deliver high-quality work with minimal guidance.
Requirements Requirements
8+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design for mobile consumer applications
Proven track record running Design Sprints, ideation, and conceptualization processes
Strong expertise in prototyping, testing, and iterative design and mastery of Figma
Deep understanding of mobile-first UX principles and platform-specific design guidelines (Android/iOS)
A strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, design execution, and measurable product impact
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
Experience collaborating within agile, cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision
Passion for creating intuitive, data-informed, and visually compelling user experiences
Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative in shaping the product
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken), Portuguese is a strong plus, but not required (currently the app is live in the Brazilian market)
