## Job Description ##
* Design elegant, intuitive, and consistent user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
* Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
* Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
* Build, maintain, and evolve a robust Figma workspace, including component libraries, design system assets, and developer documentation.
* Keep all design files organized, version-controlled, and up to date.
* Continuously iterate on designs based on client, stakeholder, and user feedback.
* Clearly communicate and justify design decisions while advocating for UX best practices.
* Maintain consistency and quality across all product iterations and updates.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
* Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and agile delivery ceremonies.
* Ensure all designs align with branding guidelines, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of digital product design projects.
* Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
* Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
* Ability to manage multiple feedback cycles and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Previous experience in financial services is an advantage but not essential.
