Principal Objective of Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, sorting, annotating, and managing construction-related documents. This role plays a key part in ensuring that documentation is clear, accessible, and accurately maintained for project teams.

Key Functions of This Role

Organize and maintain large volumes of project documentation, including drawings, plans, and reports

Annotate construction drawings

Ensure version control and document traceability across all stages of the project

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure documentation needs are met

Review incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting

Maintain filing systems in accordance with company standards

Ensure compliance with documentation standards and protocols

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Architecture.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Familiarity with Figma.

Experience with documentation control platforms such as Aconex, Asite, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar platforms is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good understanding of construction drawings and technical documents.
