Solution Architect AI (m/w/d)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an artificial intelligence solution prototyping and sales support consultant to obsess about customer problem solving, solution improvements, and opportunities for growth. You will demo and modify our state of the art computer-vision AI pipeline to solve our customer’s challenges. The exciting prototypes and proof of concepts you build are key to our customers' success. You must have a passion for great customer experience and strong technical skills.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You demonstrate solutions to potential customers, identify customer issues and identify opportunities for product improvements.

You develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer specific requirements.

You will manage and respond to customer inquiries via our ticketing system and email.

You improve team efficiency (AI methods/FAQs, online community, documentation).

IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU BRING

at least 2 years of experience as a consultant or software developer.

1 year of experience in solution engineering, presales, or customer support or other technical role with customer contact.

knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments.

strong communication skills, and you are fluent in English.

ALSO DESIRABLE

Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems is a plus.

Experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments is a plus.

A good understanding of hardware is a plus.

We expect a very low frequency of travel of less than once per month.
