Input/Output Software Developer trainee for Transmission Control

The products of Transmission Control (TC) department in the division Powertrain Solutions (PS) not only increase the efficiency of combustion engines, hybrid cars, but offer safe and comfortable driving experience. Budapest holds full responsibility for all development activity in all domains (HW, SW, Mechanics) for all transmission control unit generation with a wide customer portfolio in the automotive world.

Your contribution to something big

Development of products for the automotive industry for transmission and suspension control units

Software development by following the latest standards in the industry

Software design with UML, software implementation in ANSI-C

Cooperation within a diverse and international team

Key attributes

Ability to work systematically with strong analytical thinking skills

MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++ programming skills

Knowledge in control theory and control engineering

Proficiency in English

Ongoing university study in electrical engineering, computer science, informatics, or a related field

Basic experience in microcontroller peripherals (ADC, PWM, GPIO, etc.)

Knowledge of SW test methodologies

Availability 20 hours / week
