Strong written English is essential, since this role lives and dies on caption and reply quality, not just grammar accuracy.
Real social media management experience, not just scheduling.
Comfortable working async with occasional live coordination around the Wednesday show.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus given our Austin market, not required.
Hiring process: finalists complete a short paid, timed test task before offer — writing sample captions from provided source material and drafting sample replies to real comments, followed by a short call.
Contractor, ongoing remote role. Rate to be discussed based on experience.
Manage daily posting calendar across Instagram and LinkedIn.
Monitor and respond to comments and DMs in real time, especially during and after the Wednesday show.
Repurpose show content into carousels, captions, and short-form posts.
Track engagement and flag what’s working.
Write captions and replies in Paul’s voice — direct, first-person, no corporate filler, no hedging.
Stay on top of trending audio and formats relevant to real estate, Austin, and investing content.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus given our Austin market, not required.
