Strategic thinker, not just a task executor

Experience working with home service accounts

Ability to build and own 6/12-month strategy plans, not just execute a task list

Must provide a portfolio or audit sample demonstrating actual client work (Google Business Profile optimization, strategy, citation building, and on-page SEO)

Full-time exclusive commitment to this role, with no concurrent work for other agencies or clients

Strong written English for client-facing communication and reporting

Experience using AI as an additional tool, not their only tool — they need a strong local SEO foundation, using AI to amplify what they already know from experience

Experience managing 7–10 client campaigns at a time

Reliable high-speed internet and a backup plan for outages.

Additional competencies: Experience with local SEO tools (BrightLocal, Whitespark, Local Falcon, Ahrefs, etc.), Google Analytics, Google Search Console. Proficient with Google Sheets, Asana-like task management systems, and AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude.

Google Business Profile Audit, Competitor Analysis and Optimization

Comprehensive website audits covering competitive, on-page, off-page, and technical

Building 6-month and 12-month SEO strategies tailored to each client and market

Local citation building, NAP consistency audits, and cleanup

Local keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research

On-page optimization: title tags, meta descriptions, headers, content

Rank monitoring and data-driven optimization recommendations

Maintaining clear, client-ready tracking and reporting systems

Support on link building and local content optimization

Assistance with monthly client reporting

Past experience working with another local SEO agency that focused on home service businesses

Experience with Google Ads

Experience with Slack (our main communication platform)

Experience with schema markup / structured data implementation

Experience with Ai prompt and system engineering
