Position: Marketing Expert — Organic Growth (AI Agent Environments)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $60–$100/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Design task briefs from real organic growth work, identifying issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make.

Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.

Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.

Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against established standards.

Diagnose issues from messy data, prioritize tasks, plan, execute, and orchestrate multi-step work across tools.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Hands-on practitioner experience in organic growth or SEO/AEO .

Fluent in Google Analytics 4 , Google Search Console , Semrush or Ahrefs , and a CMS like Contentful .

Clear written reasoning to explain decision-making.

Preferred

Experience building AI training environments , RL environments , or simulated case studies.

Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
