Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Provide a professional and visible security presence.

Welcome and assist staff, visitors, and contractors.

Manage access control, visitor procedures, and CCTV monitoring.

Conduct internal and external security patrols.

Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and evacuations.

Complete lock-up/unlock procedures and maintain accurate records.

Deliver excellent customer service and support client requirements.

What We're Looking For

Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Professional, reliable, and flexible approach.

Previous security, front-of-house, or customer service experience.

Good IT skills, attention to detail, and report-writing ability.

Able to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

What we’re looking for

 Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence.

 Valid SIA licence.

 Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment history.

 Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong written and spoken English.

 Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.

 Previous experience in corporate security, front-of-house security, or customer service environments.

 Ability to remain calm and make informed decisions under pressure.

 Strong attention to detail and observational skills.

 Good IT literacy and report-writing skills.

 Flexible, reliable, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
