Job Description Summary

The Director, Digital Transformation / Scrum Master is responsible for translating Coca-Cola's global digital strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap for the Operating Unit, ensuring strategic priorities are effectively planned, governed, executed, and adopted to deliver measurable business value.

This role serves as the strategic partner between Global Digital Services, Operating Unit leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders to align digital investments with business priorities, manage the regional digital portfolio, and establish the operating model required to maximize value realization.

The Director, Digital Strategy & Planning oversees portfolio planning, governance, demand management, business performance, and change adoption while ensuring the Operating Unit maintains alignment with enterprise digital priorities.

The role requires exceptional strategic thinking, portfolio leadership, business acumen, and stakeholder influence to connect enterprise strategy with regional execution and deliver sustainable business outcomes across the Coca-Cola system.

Responsibilities include

Own the Operating Unit digital strategy and roadmap, translating global priorities into regional business initiatives aligned with market needs.

Manage the Operating Unit digital product and data portfolio, ensuring investments are prioritized based on strategic value, business impact, and organizational capacity.

Lead integrated business planning, portfolio governance, and prioritization processes across digital initiatives, products, and platforms.

Define and evolve the Operating Unit digital operating model, governance structures, decision forums, and ways of working that enable consistent execution.

Partner with business leaders to identify digital opportunities and ensure alignment between strategic priorities and product roadmaps.

Establish value realization frameworks, defining OKRs, KPIs, and outcome-based metrics to measure business performance and investment effectiveness.

Drive demand management and intake processes to ensure new opportunities are evaluated, prioritized, and aligned with enterprise strategy.

Provide executive visibility into portfolio health, investment performance, risks, dependencies, and strategic progress through regular governance and reporting.

Lead organizational change management and adoption strategies to maximize utilization and business value from digital capabilities.

Collaborate with Global Digital Services, Operating Units, bottlers, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and execution excellence.

Leverage data, AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve strategic planning, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.

Continuously optimize portfolio performance, governance processes, and operating models to improve delivery, agility, and business outcomes.

Organizational Impact

Shapes the Operating Unit's digital agenda by aligning enterprise strategy with regional business priorities and investment decisions.

Drives governance and portfolio management processes that influence strategic investment, execution quality, and business value realization.

Experience & Qualifications

10-15+ years of experience in digital strategy, business transformation, portfolio management, enterprise planning, product strategy, or related leadership roles.

Proficiency in agile project methodologies, with experience serving as a Scrum Master.
