Sie bearbeiten selbstständig Anfragen, Offerten und Aufträge bis zur Auslieferung. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Terminabsprache mit dem Produktionsatelier sowie die Terminüberwachung.
Sie führen den auftragsspezifischen Einkauf selbstständig. Die Vor- und Nachkalkulation für produzierte Artikel gehört ebenfalls in Ihr Verantwortungsbereich.
Die schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden, die tägliche Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stellen sowie die Unterstützung des Verkaufsaussendienstes bereiten Ihnen Freude.
Was wir von Ihnen wünschen
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder gleichwerte Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office Programmen
- Stilsichere Deutsch- und gute Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Effiziente, zielorientierte, exakte Arbeitsweise
