**Hauptaufgaben & Anforderungen:**
\- Sprachtalent, D**eutsch** und F**ranzösisch** in Wort und Schrift, Italienisch und/oder Englisch von Vorteil
\- Telefonischer und elektronischer Kontakt mit Kunden (Terminvereinbarungen / Mails / etc.)
\- Telefonischer Kontakt mit Fahrern
\- Dispositionsaufgaben
\- Administrative Auftragsbearbeitung (CRM, etc.)
\- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute PC-Anwender und MS-Office **Kenntnisse**
\- Belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit mit guten Umgangsformen
\- Kommunikationstalent mit Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt per Tel / Email
\- Teamplayer
\- Erfahrung in Transport- und/oder Möbelbranche wünschenswert
\- Gute Geografische Kenntnisse der Schweiz wünschenswert
