This opportunity is ideal for seasoned professionals who excel in consultative selling, cold calling, and high-volume prospecting, and who are passionate about optimizing outbound sales strategies through technology-enabled processes. Scope of Work
Initiate outbound prospecting activities via cold calls, emails, and social channels to build robust B2B lead pipelines.
Research, identify, and qualify potential business opportunities within target markets and verticals.
Engage prospects in consultative conversations, effectively communicating value propositions and handling objections.
Document all prospect interactions and pipeline activities accurately within CRM systems.
Collaborate with project coordinators and client stakeholders to align messaging and refine outreach approaches.
Provide constructive feedback to enhance AI training datasets based on real-world interactions and industry best practices.
Analyze results from outreach initiatives and propose strategies for continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of recent, hands-on experience in B2B sales development, with a track record of success in outbound prospecting.
Expertise in cold calling, lead qualification, and consultative sales conversations within complex sales cycles.
Proficiency with leading CRM tools for pipeline management and activity tracking.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on professionalism and clarity.
Demonstrated ability to adapt messaging for diverse industries and customer personas.
Strong analytical and feedback skills to support data-driven AI system training.
Previous participation in technology-driven sales engagements or AI-related projects is a plus.
