## Tasks ##

Your main tasks include, among others

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and key customers across Bengaluru market

* Identify new business opportunities to drive cargo sales and revenue growth

* Achieve assigned sales targets while expanding Swiss WorldCargo's market presence

* Collaborate closely with customer service and operations teams to deliver seamless cargo solutions

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities

* University degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent qualification

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in airline cargo sales, General Sales and Service Agent (GSSA), freight forwarding, logistics sales, or business development

* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships

* Must posses legal work permit in India

* Business proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in the local language is preferred

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
