Kundenberater Innendienst (m/w) 50-80%
Das erwartet dich
* Entgegennahme und Bearbeiten von telefonischen und administrativen Anfragen
* Erfassung und Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen und Reklamationen
* Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
* Reklamationsbearbeitungen
* Diverse administrative Aufgaben
Qualifikationen
Das bringst du mit
* Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
* Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst oder im Verkaufsinnendienst
* Muttersprache Deutsch, gute mündliche Französischkenntnisse
* SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
