Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Remote - Latin America Preferred Type of Contract: Full Time | Remote Salary Range: USD $1,500 - $2,000 Base Salary + Commission Language Requirements: Advanced/Fluent English Our client is seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong outbound sales experience to join their growing team.
You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging prospective vendors, qualifying leads, and booking product demonstrations. Your work will directly impact pipeline growth and revenue by creating high-quality sales opportunities for the broader team. Key Responsabilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective vendors using targeted prospect lists.
Identify, qualify, and engage potential business partners through consultative conversations.
Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects and conduct demos with support from the wider sales team.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity, meeting, and pipeline generation targets.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar outbound sales role.
Strong confidence making high-volume outbound cold calls.
Experience prospecting businesses or vendors rather than individual consumers.
Advanced or fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently handle objections.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into or working within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
Previous experience conducting software or product demonstrations.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar sales tools.
Experience working with U.S.-based clients or organizations.
