Persönliche und individuelle Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden in der mood Boutique in Zürich. Verkauf und Präsentation von Schmuck und personalisierten Kreationen. Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen. Aktive Entwicklung eines lokalen Netzwerks in Zürich sowie Aufbau einer Community rund um die Marke.

Organisation und Begleitung von Events, Kundenerlebnissen und Kooperationen innerhalb und ausserhalb der Boutique. Verantwortung für die täglichen Abläufe und die Präsentation der Boutique. Aktive Mitgestaltung der Entwicklung des Standorts Zürich.
