The posting
QuickTeam is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to own our sales pipeline end to end — researching leads, getting them on the phone, and closing deals.
Location: Philippines (Remote) | Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, EST hours | Compensation: $150/week base + $250 per closed deal
About QuickTeam
QuickTeam helps US and Canadian businesses grow by placing high-quality offshore talent — trained, vetted, and ready to work — at a fraction of the cost of hiring locally. We handle recruiting, onboarding, and client support end to end. We're growing fast and looking for a driven sales rep to help drive that growth.
How This Role Works
You'll be working a mix of cold and warm leads. Your day-to-day is researching those leads online, getting them on the phone, and working them through the pipeline until they close. Alongside calling, you'll run LinkedIn outreach to open and build relationships with prospects. You'll keep everything organized and current in our CRM so you always know where each lead stands and what the next step is. This is a phone-first sales role — your voice and your follow-up are what close deals.
What You'll Do
Research and qualify leads online before reaching out
Call a combination of cold and warm leads and move them toward a close
Run LinkedIn outreach — connecting, messaging, and building relationships with prospects
Own and stay on top of your pipeline in our CRM, logging activity and keeping every lead up to date
Follow up consistently and keep deals moving
Requirements
Proven sales experience, specifically phone sales — comfortable and effective selling over the phone
Genuine LinkedIn outreach experience — prospecting, messaging, and building relationships on the platform
Excellent spoken and written English — clear, natural, and confident on calls with US business owners
An active LinkedIn account
Able to work full-time, 40 hours/week on EST hours
Self-motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-up
Experience selling to US-based clients is a strong plus
