The Role & Our Client: Our client is a leading seller in commercial drone systems, payloads, and UAS solutions — is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive growth with large enterprise and public-sector organizations.

If you’re a hunter who thrives in outbound, complex sales cycles and loves closing big deals, this is a high-impact role with massive growth opportunity. Responsibilities - What You’ll Do:

Own the full Business Development Sales Cycle: Map out industries, prioritize prospects, build the sales funnel (enrichment, outreach, CRM ownership, pipeline development, negotiate and close clients).

Hunt, engage, and close six- and seven-figure deals with enterprise organizations.

Prospect high-value accounts in public safety, utilities, energy, construction, mining, and Fortune 1000.

Run discovery calls, demos, and solution presentations tailored to mission-critical operations.

Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in Pipedrive.

Lead early sales efforts for new product line launches and emerging drone technologies.

Dealer Acquisition and Expansion: Identify and onboard new dealers through market research, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and lead generation tools. Conduct outreach to authorized DJI dealers and complementary businesses where drones represent a natural upsell opportunity.

Relationship Management for Existing Dealers : Maintain strong relationships with our current dealer network through regular communication via calls, emails, and video meetings. Anticipate dealer needs, follow up consistently, and ensure smooth, ongoing collaboration to sustain the high level of trust and service the client is known for.

Must Have

Fluent English: C2 level.

3–7+ years in B2B enterprise sales or business development.

Strong outbound motion: cold outreach, sequencing, and multi-channel prospecting.

Proven experience closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.

Ability to influence director-level and C-suite decision makers.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with modern sales stack tools

Bonus Points

Relationships in public safety, utilities, energy, construction, or mining.

FAA Part 107 certification or knowledge of commercial drone operations.

Experience helping launch or sell new product lines.
