The posting
We are looking for an energetic HR and Recruitment Specialist to take ownership of talent acquisition and help shape the HR department. Your time will be split roughly 6 0/40 between recruitment and Learning & Development . On one side, you'll own talent acquisition end-to-end — finding, attracting and hiring great people.
On the other, you'll build our L&D function from the ground up: as a growing startup we don't yet have a Learning & Development framework in place, and creating one will be your responsibility.
It's an ideal opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys the hunt for talent and the challenge of designing development programmes from scratch — a builder who wants real ownership of both hiring and people development within a supportive, fast-moving team.

Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate the interview process end-to-end for a great candidate experience. Manage offers, background checks and pre-employment requirements; keep the applicant tracking system and pipeline reports up to date.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, including passive candidates.
