Für unseren Kunden suchen wir temporär für 4 Monate (evtl. mit Verlängerung) einen HR Recruiter.

Aufgaben

* Du begleitest und unterstützt den Rekrutierungsprozess und arbeitest mit dem HR-Team zusammen

* Du hilfst mit, neue und kreative Wege zu finden, um passende Kandidaten zu erreichen

* Du trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Kandidaten eine positive Experience erleben, vom Erstkontakt bis zum Start

* Du unterstützt beim Aufbau eines konstanten Talent-Pools für aktuelle und zukünftige Positionen

* Förderung von Diversität & Inklusion im Rekrutierungsprozes

* Du bist verantwortlich für das Aufschalten von Stellenanzeigen

Qualifikationen

* Leidenschaft für das Recruiting

* Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einen vergleichbaren Hintergrund

* Efahrung im HR oder Recruiting

* Offenheit, Neues auszuprobieren und ?out of the box' zu denken

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
