Description

Support the Talent Acquisition team with job posting creation and publication across job boards and career sites

Conduct CV screening and first round interviews with candidates

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers

Manage interview logistics, including meeting invitations, room bookings, virtual interview setup, and communication with stakeholders

Track candidate progress through the recruitment lifecycle and maintain accurate records in the ATS

Act as a primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process

Manage offers and onboarding for intern hiring

Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics when required

Profile

Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or Recruiter either in\-house or within an agency

Strong administrative skills

Highly organised, detail orientated and dedicated to providing excellent service

Tech\-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies

Experience hiring interns or technical roles would be advantageous

Fluency in English

Immediately available for a 3\-month interim role based in Lausanne
