We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to provide full recruitment coverage during the month of September. The successful candidate will manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities across both EMEA and the US, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring experience and continuity of service.

Missions

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies across EMEA and the US.

Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles.

Proactively source and engage qualified talent through a variety of channels.

Conduct screening interviews and coordinate competency\-based and panel interviews.

Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Advise stakeholders on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.

Coordinate offer preparation, negotiations, and hiring processes.

Ensure accurate tracking and reporting within the ATS.

Maintain continuity of recruitment operations and stakeholder communication during the coverage period.

Profil du candidat

Required Experience

Proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner / Senior Recruiter in a global or international environment.

Strong track record of hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.

Experience supporting both EMEA and North American stakeholders.

Expertise in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, competency\-based interviewing, and stakeholder management.

Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation.

Preferred Profile

Native or fluent English speaker.

Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones.

Experience within corporate, healthcare, life sciences, professional services, or multinational environments is highly valued.
