We're looking for a motivated Remote Healthcare Recruiter to help source and connect with top healthcare professionals across the United States.

What Youll Do

Source and engage healthcare professionals (physicians, APPs, nurses, etc.)

Use LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and attract the right candidates

Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and messaging platforms

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Work independently while meeting recruitment goals

Requirements

Basic to conversational English and Spanish

Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn (search, outreach, messaging)

Ability to utilize social media platforms for recruiting

Reliable internet connection and ability to work from home

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
