Talent Acquisition Partner Job Description
Schedule: Mon- Friday; normal business hours to support locations in all US time zones
Work Location: Remote locations will be considered

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $61k to $104k Annually with additional bonus potential
Role and responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruitment and pipelining plans for corporate and field-based positions
Drive a positive candidate experience and support employment branding by being a brand ambassador (both online and offline)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and set an operating plan while navigating various hiring teams and key stakeholders
Fill critical business positions with high performers, in a timely fashion
Develop pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies and vary recruiting strategies based on the geography and role requirements
Continuously research the hiring market and recruiting industry trends
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results
Participates in various recruitment projects as required
Identifies opportunities to optimize business processes in HR systems to create efficiencies
Participates in various HR projects as required
Demonstrates tact and diplomacy and maintains discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee and business data
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources strongly preferred, will consider relevant experience in lieu of degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR, Recruitment and/or business
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in a CPG Manufacturing company is preferred (Field and Corporate operations)
Results driven, process oriented, and project management mindset required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
Familiarity with OFCCP and EEO and is able to follow recruiting processes to ensure compliance in USA and Canada
Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates and social recruiting
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Strong customer service, relationship building, problem solving and follow-up skills with natural relationship building skills, and passion for nurturing relationships both internally with stakeholders and externally with prospects.
Skills in the art of negotiation, and comfort managing the entire offer process; including salary recommendations, offer acceptances/declines.
Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Outlook)
