Our client is an international company based in Lausanne.

## Job Description ##

* Support the Talent Acquisition team with job posting creation and publication across job boards and career sites

* Conduct CV screening and first round interviews with candidates

* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers

* Manage interview logistics, including meeting invitations, room bookings, virtual interview setup, and communication with stakeholders

* Track candidate progress through the recruitment lifecycle and maintain accurate records in the ATS

* Act as a primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process

* Manage offers and onboarding for intern hiring

* Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics when required

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or Recruiter either in-house or within an agency

* Strong administrative skills

* Highly organised, detail orientated and dedicated to providing excellent service

* Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies

* Experience hiring interns or technical roles would be advantageous

* Fluency in English

* Immediately available for a 3-month interim role based in Lausanne
