Are you an experienced Recruiter who can manage the hiring process from start to finish? If you enjoy finding talented people, working closely with hiring managers, and helping a company grow, this opportunity may be a great fit for you. Our client is an international marketing group developing high-load products within the online poker industry.

Until now, all recruitment was handled by external agencies. We are now building an in-house recruitment function and looking for a Recruiter who can help us attract top talent and establish effective hiring processes. Opportunities

What you'll be working on

Manage the full recruitment cycle: from vacancy intake to candidate onboarding;

Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies;

Source candidates through LinkedIn, direct search, industry communities, Telegram channels, job boards, and personal networks;

Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process;

Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs;

Continuously monitor the poker talent market and stay informed about key specialists and talent movements within the industry;

Hire specialists for offices in Spain and Georgia, as well as remote positions worldwide;

Maintain accurate recruitment data and ATS records;

Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and hiring standards.

What we're looking for

4+ years of recruitment experience;

At least 2 years of experience recruiting within the Gambling (Poker) industry;

Experience recruiting for poker-related businesses, poker rooms, or poker products;

Strong understanding of the poker ecosystem and talent market;

Experience with full-cycle recruitment;

Strong sourcing and headhunting skills;

Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines proactively;

Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills;

Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously;

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly desirable

Existing network within poker rooms, poker operators, and poker-focused companies;

Experience hiring specialists in Anti-Fraud, Risk, Payments, Customer Support, VIP Management, and Product functions within the poker industry;

Experience building recruitment processes from scratch;

Experience hiring internationally;

Experience working with ATS systems.

Important Note For this role, direct experience and network within the poker industry are considered a significant advantage. We are particularly interested in recruiters who already know the market, understand key players, and can identify and engage specialized talent efficiently. Hiring Process
