Are you a recent graduate or someone with a passion for property management? Join our Occupier Services Team and kickstart your career in the property industry! We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to assist in managing our diverse property portfolio.

Our Occupier Services team is a dynamic group of over 50 property professionals who provide strategic and operational support to some of Aotearoa’s most recognisable brands, leading commercial organisations, and government agencies.

The value you'll add

Support the operation of our property portfolio and implement leasing strategies for vacant spaces.

Assist with rent reviews, lease supervision, and ensure timely processing and collection of rental invoices.

Manage reactive and planned maintenance tasks, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.

Understand and comply with frameworks, including Building Warrant of Fitness certifications.

Prepare monthly client reports, attend meetings with Property Managers, and discuss report contents.

Collaborate with Directors, Facilities, and Finance teams to complete property budgets.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and local authorities.

Provide administrative support to Senior Property and Facilities Managers and Directors, and assist with strategic decisions.

Property Qualification & Experience : Hold a property qualification or have 3 years of relevant experience, with a willingness to obtain a Salesperson Certificate from REINZ if not already held.

Technical & Analytical Skills : Demonstrate a strong understanding of lease management, negotiation, and data structures, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Communication & Presentation : Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.

Organisational & Time Management : Possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Attention to Detail & Adaptability : Show close attention to detail, adaptability, and flexibility in various situations.

Proactive & Self-Motivated : Be proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and master property-based systems.
