Your tasks in detail

* Independent management of an exciting property portfolio

* Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen

* Ensuring the process from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties

* Coordinating and implementing rental activities

* Inspecting the properties for their structural condition and organising maintenance work

* Preparing owner reports as well as control and condition reports

Your profile

* Completed commercial training

* At least 2 years of experience in property management

* Confident German; foreign language skills are a plus

* You are decisive, flexible, and set clear priorities

* Even as a property professional, you enjoy taking on new challenges
