ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Must have experience of GSM Experience 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, MW, IBS, DAS.

Manages staff including Project Coordinators, Engineers, Technicians, Riggers, Helpers & drivers.

Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

The true first-level manager typically reporting directly to the General Manager/Director.

Successful change management, where tailored configurations are office-tested, revised, approved.

Develops, coordinates, and executes project plans, task schedules, and resource activities to ensure on-time and effective project delivery

Collaboration with Implementation Engineers for system configuration and data migration

Writing custom functionality specifications for delivery to engineering after in-depth consulting with the client.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining Confidentiality Employee must ensure to maintain the confidentiality regarding any information, data or record of organization to avoid breaching privacy rules.

Loyalty to Organization - An employee is obligated to render loyal and faithful service to the organization, to act with good faith, to advance the employer's interests .

Whistleblowing Approach Employee should adapt the whistleblowing approach to convey or inform the illegal, inefficient, or unethical practices in an organization to persons who have the power or resources to take action.
