Supervisory Program Manager

Manage cost, schedule, and performance of Military Health Systems Acquisition Program.

Direct operations for the development and execution of acquisition strategies.

Formulates system testing and deployment plans for major technology initiatives.

Evaluates contractor technical deliverables against established project requirements.

Maintain organization structures to improve management.

Briefs senior executive leadership on programmatic resource utilization.

Prepare and present briefings, reports, recommendations, and plans to senior executives.

Exercises full supervisory authority over subordinate branch personnel.

Basic Requirement for Supervisory Program Manager, NH-0340-04: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Directing and managing cost, schedule, and performance constraints for acquisition programs such as information technology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and facilities, to ensure successful program execution; Directing and managing cost, schedule, and performance constraints for acquisition programs such as information technology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and facilities, to ensure successful program execution; 2) Analyzing program progress, resource utilization, and operational metrics to evaluate compliance with technical, operational, and regulatory requirements and resolve program risks or deficiencies; 3) Oversee system testing, implementation, or deployment activities by evaluating requirements and contractor deliverables; AND 4) Preparing and delivering program reports to provide recommendations to senior executive.
