The duties and responsibilities for a Supervisory IT Program Manager (ENTARCH/INFOSEC) GS-2210-14 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Leads cross-organizational projects and programs involving technology modernization, system migrations, component transitions, service improvements, technology pilots, and operational readiness.

Conducts advanced planning, systems engineering, configuration management, project management, compliance reviews, and quality assurance activities. Directs enterprise architecture strategies for mobility, voice communications, carrier services, endpoint technologies, cloud capabilities, infrastructure, and related enterprise services.

Evaluates emerging technologies and determine their potential applicability, risks, costs, and benefits to the enterprise. Monitors cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technology developments and translate findings into enterprise security priorities and actions.

To qualify for the position of Supervisory IT Program Manager (ENTARCH/INFOSEC), at GS-2210-14, you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below. Basic Qualifications (2210 series): Please refer to the OPM IT Management Series 2210 Qualification Standard for the specific experience requirements for the GS-12 and above positions.

AND Specialized Experience: To qualify for the GS-14 grade level, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable non-Federal experience.

Specialized experience is defined as experience performing the following duties: Providing support in enterprise-wide IT programs involving architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, modernization, systems integration, and/or IT service delivery.

Managing enterprise wireless services contracts to ensure department wide mobile service efficiency, and cost controls. You MUST meet all qualification requirements by the 09/14/2026 of this announcement. Your resume must support your responses to the application questionnaire and the qualification requirements.
