**Your Responsibilities**

* **Lead & Inspire** a team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Specialists, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.

* **Shape AI Strategy** by identifying high-value opportunities, defining the Analytics & AI roadmap, and driving responsible AI adoption across the business.

* **Partner with Stakeholders** across business and technology functions to transform challenges into impactful AI and analytics solutions.

* **Drive AI Solutions & Platforms** by leading the development, deployment, and operation of scalable AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps capabilities.

* **Provide Technical Leadership** through hands-on guidance, architectural oversight, and expertise in AI, GenAI, ML, and modern technologies.

## Qualifications ##

We are looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a passion for driving business value through AI, ML and advanced analytics.

* **Proven leadership experience** in Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

* **Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics**, including enterprise-scale solution delivery and AI adoption initiatives.

* **Hands-on technical knowledge** of MLOps, model deployment, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Python, and modern AI technologies such as LLMs, Generative AI, and AI Agents.

* **Business-oriented mindset** with the ability to translate opportunities into impactful solutionsand measurable outcomes.

* **Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills**, with the ability to influence, drive change, and collaborate across global teams.

* **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

* Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Energy, or other industrial environments is a plus.
