IT Project Manager

### Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities ###

* Lead and deliver SAP-focused IT transformation projects from initiation to go-live

* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality targets

* Drive business process improvements across key functional areas

* Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions and implementation roadmaps

* Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and system integrators

* Facilitate project governance, steering committees, and stakeholder communication

* Support change management, user adoption, and organizational readiness activities

* Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements

* Monitor project performance, financials, and realization of business benefits

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies

### You bring that with You ###

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

* Several years of experience in IT project management and SAP transformation projects

* Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and business transformation initiatives

* Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a global and cross-functional environment

* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

* Experience with project governance, risk management, and budget control

* High adaptability and resilience, with the ability to perform effectively in dynamic and changing environments

* Very good written and spoken English skills. Additional languages are a plus
