## **Your Team** ##

We advise companies operating on a national and international basis in light of evolving tax regulations and developments, enabling them to establish efficient structures, assess the tax implications of business models, and manage tax risks effectively.

As a valued member of our Financial Services Tax team, you will advise leading asset managers, wealth managers, banks and other financial institutions on complex cross-border tax matters and contribute to the successful delivery of challenging international projects.

## **Your Impact** ##

* Advise Swiss and international financial services clients on complex international corporate tax matters, helping them navigate an evolving global tax landscape.

* Proactively assist in the management and coordination of cross-border tax projects involving multiple jurisdictions, collaborating with specialists across corporate tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing.

* Shape solutions for asset managers, wealth managers, banks and other financial institutions on matters including corporate restructurings, transactions, and the structuring of investment funds and financial services operations.

* Review and prepare tax technical analyses, opinions, and tax rulings, ensuring high-quality and pragmatic advice for clients.

* Support the management of a diverse client portfolio and contribute to maintaining strong client relationships.

## **Your Skill Set** ##

* University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or a related discipline; an LL.M. in International Tax would be an advantage.

* Minimum of 4 years of experience in international corporate tax and EU tax advisory, ideally gained within a professional services firm, consulting environment or law firm.

* Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating multi-country tax engagements and international client projects.

* Strong technical knowledge of international tax developments, cross-border taxation, and financial services tax matters.

* Experience preparing tax analyses and technical memoranda for complex client situations.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues while maintaining a strategic perspective.

* Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and communicate technical matters clearly to a range of stakeholders.

* Fluency in English is required; German and/or French is highly desirable.

* Collaborative, client-focused and entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to take ownership of projects and contribute to business development.

* You are committed, flexible and a customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
