**Deine Aufgaben**
* Monitoring, Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Social-Media-Performance anhand definierter KPIs
* Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reportings sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Kanäle
* Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Strategien zur Steigerung von Markenbekanntheit, Engagement und Reichweite
* Trend-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Potenziale und Best Practices
* Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von zielgruppengerechtem Content auf Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest und weiteren relevanten Plattformen
* Konzeption und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Kampagnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und PR
* Unterstützung bei Paid-Social-Kampagnen sowie Analyse der Kampagnenperformance
* Erstellung von Bild- und Videomaterial gemäss Content-Plan
* Aktives Community Management inklusive Interaktion mit Gästen und Followern
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Marketing, PR, Sales, Spa, F&B und Rooms Division
**Dein Profil**
* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Analytics oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
* 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Social Media Marketing
* Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Social-Media-Kennzahlen und Kampagnen
* Sicherer Umgang mit Social-Media-Analyse- und Reporting-Tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics 4 etc.)
* Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
* Erfahrung mit Paid Social Advertising von Vorteil
* Kreativität und Gespür für visuelle Inhalte sowie Storytelling
* Gute Kenntnisse in der Bild- und Videobearbeitung
* Erste Erfahrungen mit KI-gestützten Content- und Bildbearbeitungstools
* Interesse an Kulinarik, Wellness, Reisen und Luxushotellerie
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
