Your tasks

* Define, harmonize, and continuously improve global service processes throughout the entire service lifecycle.

* Drive collaboration, alignment and decision-making across Service, Sales, Operations, IT, and other key business functions.

* Translate strategic objectives and business requirements into process designs, work instructions, and actionable implementation roadmaps

* Ensure business processes are effectively enabled by CRM, ERP, and other digital platforms while identifying further optimization opportunities.

* Lead global service process improvement and transformation initiatives from concept through successful implementation, managing stakeholders, risks, and business outcomes.

* Drive rollout- and change management, training concepts, and communication measures to ensure stakeholder commitment and sustainable adoption of standardized processes.

Your profile

* Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders across different functions, seniority levels, and regions.

* Strong track record in process harmonization, operational excellence, business transformation, or service optimization, ideally in a global organization.

* 5+ years of experience in after-sales, field service, service operations, or comparable environment.

* Strong understanding of process and project management, continuous improvement methodologies, and digital business systems such as CRM and ERP.

* Additional qualifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma certification, or comparable certifications are an advantage.

* Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, combined with a structured, analytical and execution-oriented approach.

* Fluent in English; German language skills and international experience are an advantage. Willingness to travel internationally.
