Contract duration: until 31.12.2026/possible extension

**Main Responsibilities**

* Responsible for leading product development projects from concept through product launch

* Responsible for creating, monitoring, and maintaining project plans

* Identifying critical paths, project risks, and roadblocks, and proposing corrective actions

* Preparing and presenting project status reports and presentations

* Collaborating with internal service providers and external suppliers Description of Duties and Responsibilities

* Develop project plans in collaboration with the project team

* Manage the execution of project plans together with the project team

* Work with internal service providers and external suppliers to ensure project progress

* Responsible for meeting project plans and milestones on time

* Report on project progress and status

* Escalation of critical issues

* Identify critical paths, project risks, and roadblocks, and work with the project team to develop solutions

* Support product launch and market introduction activities

* Collaborate with U.S.-based project management teams and project teams

* Manage particularly complex and strategically significant projects within the division

* Act as deputy for the supervisor and assume managerial responsibilities when required

* Understand and comply with policies regarding the Code of Conduct, Ethics & Compliance programs, and other relevant regulations. Qualifications / Requirements

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Medical Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field)

* **Excellent German and English language skills**

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or the development of medical devices

* Project Management certification is preferred

* Strong facilitation, influencing, and leadership skills
