Own end-to-end project management activities, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations for complex, cross-functional programs.
Partner with senior stakeholders to define business requirements, project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation processes to capture business and end-user needs.
Develop business process flows and workflow documentation.
Identify project dependencies, risks, and constraints, and design mitigation strategies.
Communicate project status, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Coordinate daily with US-based leadership and stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and delivery status across the full project lifecycle.
Guide delivery teams on project vision, priorities, and implementation plans.
Facilitate estimation, prioritization, and backlog management sessions.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
Drive process improvements and operational enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Promote architectural standards, governance, and consistency across initiatives.
Provide consultative guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with development and technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess technical feasibility.
Identify infrastructure and technical requirements needed to deploy automation solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support implementation and integration activities.
Own issue resolution and remove project roadblocks in a timely manner.
Comfortable with occasional in-person days in Viña del Mar and occasional international travel, depending on client needs. Valid travel documentation and entry eligibility for the United States.
Experience managing technology implementation or automation projects.
Knowledge of Flow Engineering.
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong customer service mindset and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day execution.
Experience balancing technical and business priorities effectively.
Ownership of end-to-end delivery for complex technology and automation programs, not a single-project role.
