Enterprise Program Manager

Major Duties: Serves as the Boards' Enterprise Business Product Owner responsible for providing overall Business direction, oversight, and guidance into the Boards' individual and joint current business procedures and practices.

Leads and acts as Subject matter Expert (SME) to build decision-analytics capability that captures the full business value of information resources. Engages in strategic planning initiatives and provides management support throughout the Boards individually and collectively.

On behalf of the Boards, the incumbent is accountable for identifying, monitoring, and assessing OCIO deliverables - ensuring that OCIO products and services align with Board requirements and strategic direction. Serves as the Boards' representative and principal liaison with OCIO for enterprise operational planning efforts.

Serves as the change manager for overseeing the development, coordination, modernization, implementation, and sustainment of significant transformation and change management initiatives for the Boards' business product management programs through integrated business and IT architecture.

Serves as the Boards' project manager for all business solution project initiatives. Other duties as assigned.

Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled.

To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Qualifying specialized experience for GS-15 includes: Experience serving as leadership's representative and principal liaison with an Information Technology (IT) office for enterprise planning efforts.

Experience identifying, monitoring, and assessing IT deliverables, such as products and services in alignment with an organization's strategic planning. Experience communicating individual and collective business requirements to functional experts to further an organization's priorities.

Experience with development, coordination, modernization, implementation, and sustainment of significant transformation and change management initiatives for IT products and programs.

Experience developing and implementing project plans in coordination with stakeholders; providing technical guidance and direction on key issues; and conducting research, analysis, and recommendations development to improve products and programs.
