We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead large\-scale global transformation initiatives within a fast\-paced international logistics and transportation environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex IT programs, including major ERP implementations and transformations, while coordinating cross\-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure successful business outcomes.

**Description**

* Define, manage, and execute strategic global IT programs aligned with business objectives.

* Establish program governance, monitor budgets, risks, timelines, and inter\-project dependencies.

* Lead large\-scale ERP transformation initiatives involving SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise solutions.

* Coordinate cross\-functional teams spanning IT, business, and external partners across multiple countries.

* Ensure successful delivery of complex projects while maintaining quality, scope, and budget commitments.

* Manage executive\-level stakeholder relationships and provide regular steering committee reporting.

* Drive organizational change management initiatives supporting technology adoption and business transformation.

* Oversee third\-party vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.

* Promote best practices in project and program management across the organization.

**Profile**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

* 8\+ years of experience managing complex IT programs and large\-scale transformation initiatives.

* Proven experience working within international and multicultural environments.

* Strong expertise in ERP implementations and transformations, SAP, Oracle or an other tool of the market.

* Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.

* Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced and complex environment.

* Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are considered a plus.

### Nice to Have

* PMP, Prince2, PMI\-PgMP, Agile or SAFe certifications.

* Experience managing global ERP rollouts across multiple countries.

* Exposure to cloud transformation programs and enterprise architecture initiatives.
