IT Project Manager - Mandarin speaking in Pharma

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking IT Project Manager to support projects focused on SAP logistics interfaces and lab automation infrastructure within a pharmaceutical environment in China. The role combines interface delivery (SAP logistics) with IT infrastructure and security coordination for a new R&D / Lab Automation setup, requiring strong collaboration between local teams and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Manage delivery of SAP logistics interface projects (e.g., integration with warehouse, lab, or planning systems)

Support implementation of lab automation infrastructure, including IT and security aspects

Coordinate between local China teams and global IT / business stakeholders

Oversee system integration, testing, and deployment activities

Ensure alignment with IT security policies and infrastructure standards

Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies

Facilitate communication across vendors, IT, and business teams

Required Skills & Experience

5–8 years of experience in IT Project Management

Experience with SAP logistics (MM, WM, EWM, or SD) and system interfaces

Understanding of IT infrastructure and security basics (networks, access, integration)

Experience working with lab automation or R&D environments

Proficiency in pharmaceutical environments (GxP)

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

Fluent Mandarin and English (mandatory)

Ability to work in a multicultural, global environment
