Have hands-on experience in the EdTech or Test-Prep ecosystem in LatAm (Chile: PAES/DEMRE; Colombia: Saber 11/ICFES).

Possess an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset: comfortable conducting field research, attending local events, engaging competitors, and recruiting top teaching talent directly.

Understand Teacher-Led Growth: skilled at mentoring educators to act as brand ambassadors and conversion drivers.

Are fluent in Spanish with a deep understanding of LatAm business culture and consumer behavior.

Thrive in early-stage environments: capable of launching operations using lean systems (Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Sheets) before full platform automation.

Conduct Direct Competitor Analysis (Secret Buyer): Enroll in and experience top competitor courses (Preuniversitarios in Chile/Colombia) to analyze their pricing, scripts, sales funnels, and value propositions. Build the Local Teacher Network: Build a talent network of potential tutors for PAES / Saber 11 prep and engage in active dialogues.

Secure a partnership with 1 lead teacher in month one to launch the pilot. Once the hypothesis is validated after 3 months, recruit the remaining full team of educators to cover all exam subjects completely.

Drive Teacher-Led Growth: Train teachers on our methodology, prepare them for live webinars, and guide them in generating engaging conversion content.

Test the MVP and Funnel: Collaborate with our central team to launch localized landing pages and manage lean operations (Zoom classes, WhatsApp warm-up groups, Google Sheets tracking).

Gather User Insights: Conduct structured interviews with customers (parents and students) to collect qualitative feedback and feed product requirements directly to our central R&D team.

Establish Initial Operations: Identify and integrate accessible local payment methods, including installment plan structures (cuotas).

Existing network of teachers, tutors, education experts, or EdTech professionals in Chile, Colombia, or broader LatAm.

Previous experience in 0→1 product launches, market entry, or building a new business line from scratch.

Strong sales or business development experience, especially B2C education or high-consideration products.

Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing expert-led communities or contractor networks .

Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CAC, CPL, conversion rates, LTV, and funnel economics.

Experience working in a startup, venture builder, or highly autonomous environment .

Full autonomy and a dedicated budget for market research, testing, and initial hiring.

A direct path to the Country Manager (LatAm) position upon successful pilot validation.

Strong backing from ExamHub’s central R&D team (we handle performance marketing, lead generation, and platform infrastructure).
